Return, Exchange/Refund

Breastfeeding Solution is providing high quality breastfeeding related products, and we hope you love the products from us. We have our return and exhange policy comply to Australian Consumer Law. If you decided to return the product to us, you must send an email to support@breastfeedingsolution.com.au with title “Refund & Exchange product” within 14 days of invoice date.

All items to be returned must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all instructions manuals and accessories. The seal must not broken and pakaging and contents are not damaged. Due to hygiene issue, we will not accept exchange on nursing bra, breast pump, breast shields or anything contact with your body. The item must be returned together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase. Breastfeeding Solution reserves the right not to accept the returns if the condition of the items is not satisfied.

We will ONLY cover the shipping cost of sending the items back to us as well as sending the exchanged items back to you if the product is faulty or defect. The exchange of product will be process within 2 days after receiving your product. However, the refund process to your account will be done within 2 weeks after receiving your products.


Repair, replacement or refund

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. In this circumstances, full payment from you including shipping cost for the major defect item will be refunded or we will cover the shipping cost sending the replacement item to you. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major failure is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • is unsafe;

If the problem is not major, we will try to repair it within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a price drop, refund or replacement.

If you believe there is a problem with the item you purchased please return it to Breastfeeding Solution Center. We are happy to check the item for you. If we are not able to figure out the problem, we will send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.  If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, Breastfeeding Solution Center has the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or exchange.


Refund on Lactation Consultation Booking Fee

The booking fee can be fully refunded if you change your mind and would like to cancel the appointment 48 hours before meeting with the lactation consultant.

Our lactation consultant had made herself available at the time you booked, we appreciate if you are able to make yourself available on the slot you booked. We are really sorry to inform you that the booking fee will not be refunded if you do not inform us 48 hours before meeting with the lactation consultant by simply replying email to appointment@breastfeedingsolution.com.au.


Warranty

All electrical products are not manufactured by us, therefore, we do not offer product warranty. Each manufacturer is providing different range of warranty, you are welcomed to e-mail us for more information.

If you find the items that you purchased is not working properly, please contact us for supervision. We will try our best to provide proper information that helps you in installing and using the products. Besides, we will inform you the ways to send the products back for repair if any defect on the product as long as it is still under warranty.

We are minimizing the trouble of sending the product back for warranty by selling and distributing good quality products. We will be here to guide you the proper way to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can reach the maximum performance. Please refer to the guidelines or manuals comes with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products, you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.
